Straight Shooter Dan
You know those hardworking, honest, keepin’ it real, won’t try to baffle you with bullcrap people we all love to bounce ideas off of to see if they fly? That’s Squidoo lensmaster CleanerLife (Dan), and his blog, What Was I Thinking?, is just the sort of reading you would hope for and expect out of Dan.
His first two posts are about buying domain names on the fly as a result of a chat room conversation. His intention was to park those domains and resell them. As luck would have it, someone contacted him for just that reason.
What followed was an experience that Dan shared with the rest of us because Dan is just that kind of guy. He wants to help us all avoid scams and shady deals.

Thanks for announcing the launch of my new site! I was going to do it myself, but I had shared this with just a few of my Squidoo friends and ended up spending the last day or so making some changes. On MiMi’s suggestion, I brightened up the background color. I actually made a mistake, and it didn’t come out the way I had wanted, then Bev (Bevspaper) saw it and told me that she liked the way it looked, so I left it that way!
Thanks to everyone who’s already checked it out! I’m currently working on a custom Twitter background for the Twitter account I set up (http://twitter.com/CareersResource) then I’ll be adding a Twitter update status to the actually site.
