I am looking forward to seeing the video, Kate. My neighbor is a neonatologist and they had their alumni picnic on Saturday. She said that it is one of her favorite days of the whole year, to see those babies as lively, energetic kids.

I am committed too, Kate. I think that the more you take time for meditation the more it carries over to the rest of your life. Not that you won’t experience negative things, but you just handle them differently.
