A New Day, A New Challenge

Some times I just have to sit back and say, WOW! This place really DOES rock!

Before the sun came up this morning, there were two beach based contests, and not longer after it came up, we have a third, exciting challenge.

Our Angel Kate is running a 30 Day Blogging Challenge from the Blog On! group, and I can’t think of a better person to head it up. Kate is very focused in her blogging and she knows her target very well.

Every day we at the beach are treated to profound inspiration and often stimulating conversation because of Kate’s Daily Prayer For Healing. I dare say that most of us would worry about Kate if she missed a day.

The 30 Day Challenge, originally issued at the Blogging group of Professional Squids, is fairly easy. Just write one post a day, in the same blog, for 30 days.

Easy as that.

Ha, says he who writes posts in more blogs than Doan’s has pills.

Here’s what you’ll accomplish by writing 30 posts in 30 days:

  • A ton of fresh content (the search engines love fresh content)
  • Your name will be in front of a lot of people every day (some may even read what you write)
  • A habit (beats the hell out of meth)

After 30 days, you may be hooked and want to continue. If not, you’ll certainly want to get into a cadence with your posting. Your readers will be looking for you. Ask Kate.

I publicly declared I was in, and so be it. I’m in!

All I had to do was find a blog and Crabbysbeach official blog seems like the perfect place for me. I know, I know, it is a bit like cheating. I mean, all you wonderful peeps give me great material all day ;)

So, what about you? Up for the 30 Day Challenge?

    Rah, Rah, Rah!!!!!

You are too kind, but this blogging thing really has me going.

    Finally!!

I fell Hard on the cement the other week and when my whole life flashed before my eyes, I sharply said to myself–I can’t die now, I have to write a Prayer!!

Am I hooked? Am I a blog-a-holic like that lens I wrote about during the lens making challenge?

    You be the judge.

But gotta go and write that prayer.

PS–Glad you chose this blog for your challenge!! It’s PERFECT!!

I think the 30 day exercise has a lot of merit as makes you create routine, have a plan, discipline work and menage time, enjoy your each day accomplishments, having people around you who are waiting for you. If you just look it over those words, you can say, well, what is new! I’ll tell you what is new, you are a different person now. Am I right Kate?

I am proud of you as well!
You establish a new record for yourself, you just lift up the bar, and you can be proud. And doing so with grace you have more friends, more readers, more ideas, and more hopes!

    All the best Michey

Oh yes, I am in and halfway through the 30 days. I am surprised at myself, but every day I come up with something – it may not be perfect, but it is something, and for me, right now, that counts. Having fun, feeling challenged by it all, and learning something new every day — and that’s important! Thank you for Crabbysbeach!
